Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
anuspin9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or other government-issued identification. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. anuspin9 may also request proof of payment method or source of funds at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact anuspin9 support immediately. anuspin9 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

anuspin9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. anuspin9's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit anuspin9's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
anuspin9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for cause, anuspin9 may withhold remaining balances pending investigation. Bonuses and promotional funds are not withdrawable upon closure for cause. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the player's designated payment method after investigation is completed.
